NIFT (National Institute Of Fashion Technology) is a pioneer in envisioning and evolving fashion up in new Delhi in 1986 with the backing of ministry of textiles, to provide the citizens of this country with holistic training in the field of textile. After getting satisfied with the rough outline and dimensions, you can start with the detailing work and finalize it.
