DAD OLYMPIAD is an open competition designed keeping in mind the objectives of National Education Policy 2020 and National Design policy to promote innovative education systems through design Thinking. KISI is an engagement event designed under the concept of “ONE INNOVATION PER SCHOOL”.
We aim to achieve public engagement through Innovative Ideas to foster innovation and reduce the stress of predefined academics which again is very important. . Our Innovation Labs intend to imbibe the educational values in not only students but also in people who are driven by curiosity, creativity, research, and development.
“Design interprets culture. Culture creates values, and values shape the future with competitive marketing for the welfare of society.”
Our idea for this event comes from the words of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. He had said, “One of the very important elements for the success of the vision of transforming India into a developed nation by 2020 is the evolution of creative leaders.”
The higher the proportion of creative leaders in our nation, the higher will be the possibility of the success of our vision of ‘developed India’.
And hence we have taken up creativity as our core for the promotion of our program.
To foster innovation by engaging people through the ‘Design Thinking’ process.
The theme of the competition is “KNOW INDIA SHOW INDIA”.
It’s an Olympiad in two subjects fostering innovation.
Entries for the competition is divided into three categories:
